・The cooking class uses fresh seasonal ingredients focusing on Japanese home cooking Including main, side dishes, rice and soup.
・Enjoy lunch after cooking, using traditional Japanese pottery called Bizen-yaki and porcelain.
・As well as experiencing cooking, you can find out about sightseeing information, Japanese customs, Japanese traditional events and culture.
・Class size is small so you can participate comfortably.

Guest can enjoy a tatami room and Japanese garden in the Fujisawa class.
We will take you to a fish market in Enoshima port if you request.
